We are delighted to announce that Bill Allan has joined the Board of Directors as Chairman. An energetic, commercially-oriented business leader and entrepreneur, Bill has a strong track-record of delivering focussed, profitable sales growth and the development of high-performance teams through small and large scale organisational development. For the past 10 years Bill has led and transitioned 2 small Medical Device companies to sale and /or integration, and has been a non-executive Board Member for a number of Medical Technology companies.
Bill takes over as Chairman at an exciting time for the company as they commercialise existing products in the UK and Europe, accelerate development of future products and navigate through US FDA 510(k) approval for SurePulse VS, the wireless heart rate monitor for newborn babies.
