Adele Farrow joins our Clinical Advisory Board

We are delighted to welcome Adele Farrow to our Clinical Advisory Board!

In addition to her role as Neonatal Nurses Association (NNA) chair for the ANNP Group, Adele brings a wealth of expertise as the Lead Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (ANNP) at Great Western Hospital in Swindon, with over 18 years of experience spanning tertiary centres and transport settings.

Her passion for neonatal care is evident through her work, from supporting staff in resuscitation and ongoing management of neonatal patients to leading service improvement projects like reducing family-infant separation and championing Black Maternity Matters. Adele‘s innovative introduction of an infant harness enabling kangaroo cuddles during transport has already made a significant impact nationally.

As an ARNI and NLS instructor with a love for teaching, Adele is committed to enhancing neonatal care, advancing the role of ANNPs, and driving innovation. We are excited for her contributions and insights as we continue our mission to deliver better outcomes for newborns. Read more about our Clinical Advisory Board here.
